Maddy Zollo Rusbosin
Editor in Chief, Orlando Parenting
A journalist coming up on two decades of writing and reporting on everything from beauty and style to travel and parenting. Before Orlando, she lived in New York and served as a beauty editor for People StyleWatch and Seventeen. Her work has appeared in Cosmopolitan, Women’s Health, Robb Report, Southern Living and Flamingo.
- Lives in Winter Park with her husband, two kids and a cocker spaniel called Buckets.
Hailea Boykin
Editor in Chief, Date Night Guide
Leads editorial content for Tampa Bay Date Night Guide and Orlando Date Night Guide, and contributes across Hooray Media’s other publications. She takes great pride in connecting with the community, conducting meaningful interviews, and conveying information and personal experience from the Tampa Bay and Orlando areas.

Ralf Gonzalez
VP of Partnerships
Ralf helps businesses connect with local families and couples through Hooray Media’s publications. He develops new partnerships, identifies advertising opportunities, and works closely with clients from the first conversation through ongoing campaigns. With Tampa Bay Parenting since 2014, he brings years of local experience and a focus on lasting relationships.
Laura Byrne
Editor in Chief, Tampa Bay Parenting
An award-winning former television news journalist who spent 15+ years in newsrooms across Florida — Sarasota, Tallahassee, Fort Myers and Tampa Bay, where she still freelances on occasion. She covered the political and crime beats and everyday breaking news, and is now focused on sharing positive stories and events with Tampa Bay families.

Zoë Joiner
Director of Operations
Has kept Hooray Media organized behind the scenes since 2022. Originally from Minnesota, she made Tampa home for twelve years and now supports the printing and distribution of our publications from Costa Rica.
- Degree in Psychology from Florida State University.
Constance Webb
Media Operations Coordinator
Constance builds the processes, systems, and workflows that keep Hooray Media’s publishing team moving. Her career has centered on making complex systems work better for the people who use them—a focus she now brings to media operations as our publications grow. She holds a Doctor of Audiology degree and is also a mom.
